Michael Abrams was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006 after articling with Kelly Santini LLP. Michael attended the University of Ottawa where he completed his degree with a concentration in Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude. As an associate in the Business Law Group, he represents clients on real estate transactions, estate planning and a broad range of corporate matters.
Michael possesses strong analytical and research skills and has provided litigation support and appeared on a variety of matters in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Michael is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and the County of Carleton Law Association. Michael is also an active member of the Ottawa Indians Rugby Club and enjoys coaching youth rugby.
